Biography :Helen is the chief executive officer of Figable, a software company with the mission to bring communities together to encourage kind and accountable behavior. It was built on four core principles: time management, personal growth, service to others and fiscal responsibility. The Figable mobile app helps parents set expectations with their children by combining the to-do list, behavior chart and personal bank all in one place.

Prior to Figable, Malick was the executive vice president of product, sales engineering and services at, a cloud-based healthcare software company. She was responsible for product innovation, go-to-market strategy and driving revenue contributions. Malick is one of the inventors of a patent application, System and Method for Healthcare Relationship, an hc1 Insight product designed to proactively address potential opioid abuse through machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Malick has a passion for delivering an amazing user experience. She focuses on bringing together data, marketing and technology to gain a holistic view of the customer and delivering the right message, through the right channel, at the right time. She enjoys coaching and working alongside her team to identify and solve business problems by using technology to drive automated workflows and process efficiency.

With 20 years of experience in consulting and software sales, Malick has delivered measurable value for clients across several industries, including notable companies and organizations such as Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., Harrah’s, Cigna Health Insurance, Caterpillar Inc., Delta Air Lines Inc., Fanatics Inc., Her Majesty’s Land Registry and Cleveland Clinic. She has held leadership roles at Ernst & Young, Inc., and ExactTarget Inc. in the sales, consulting and professional services organizations.

Malick is an economics major and graduate of Haverford College. She lives in Dallas with her husband, three children and two rescue dogs.
