Parking Information

If you plan on driving to campus, here is link to the parking map: http://www.utdallas.edu/maps/ . The best location to park is in Parking Structure 4 (PS4 on the map). TSD will be held in the Engineering & Computer Science Building (ECSS on the map). You’ll need to contact Kathryn Owens @ [email protected] for the Pay-by-Space, parking code and directions.

The following will be provided by the organizers during Texas Systems Day 2018: morning break, lunch and an afternoon reception during the poster session.

Hotel Information

If you plan on staying overnight in Dallas we have set up a block of rooms at the Wingate by Wyndham in Richardson: 1577 Gateway Blvd. Richardson, TX 75080. 972-234-5400. These rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis for both Thursday 4/5 and Friday 4/6 with a room rate of $79. Just ask for the Texas Systems Day room block.
