Biography : Wilson has spent 33 years with Ericsson performing many roles, from TSS R&D design engineer, to VP of supply chain, to principle customer project manager to VP business operations. Key projects include AT&T WCDMA projects, AT&T LTE Programs, AT&T Hosted Prepaid (Go-Phone) Program, Cable Programs, and TMUS Digital Services Programs. Currently, she is leading a PM Center of Excellence (~187 employees) which in part provides active support to over 400 customer-facing project managers. She is passionate about D&I; she is an active mentor to 11 mentees spanning all disciplines; and she serves as the co-chair for Ericsson’s first official Employee Resource Group (LGBTQ & Allies) established in 2017.

Wilson has dual degrees in classical guitar and computer science. She played bass as a studio musician for Amy Grant and the Dixie Chicks.
