Page titles
There are three types of page titles:
The above one is the large image with parallax scrolling. The parallax effect will only look correct when at the top of the page.

Page Title Headings
On some pages the titles are visually hidden. This is not a good practice, but if you’re going to do this, you still need an accessible h1. To do this you can add an h1 with class sr-only. See 2020 National Engineering Day as an example. Note that the h1 is hidden for the reader and the editor.
