Welcome to Jonsson School Advising

In the Jonsson school, we have two teams of advisors: “First Year Here” advisors “Upper class” advisors. If this is your first year at The University of Texas at Dallas, you will be advised by a member of our “First Year Here” team during your first full year at UTD. If you are not new to UTD, you will be advised by a member of our “Upper Class” advising team who work with students from their second year at UTD through to graduation. Your advisor is listed by teams and then by the first few letters of your last name.

We use Accudemia as our appointment scheduling software to Accudemia, which is also used in the Student Success Center. The appointment link under your advisor’s name should allow you to make an appointment directly with your advisor. Or use https://utdallas.accudemia.net and select ECS UG Advising. Additionally, under the advisor’s name, you see the hours your advisor is available for drop-in appointments. These times are intended only for the students assigned to the advisor.
