These events will allow employers an opportunity to meet and hire Engineering and Computer Science students and alumni.
Please save the dates on your calendar and register now for these events as soon as possible, as space is limited!
Registration Fee*
- $750 for for-profit organizations (fee covers entry, breakfast and lunch for two recruiters, and a table).
- $375 for nonprofit/government organizations.
*The event’s registration fees provide funding for Jonsson School student organizations. Student volunteers from these organizations assist in the fair.

General Setup
The event will be held on-site at UT Dallas [LOCATION?]. (Directions to campus.) Each employer will be provided one (1) table and folding chairs for two (2) recruiters. If you have more than two recruiters, please let us know or register for an additional table. Please note: Electrical hook-ups are limited. Additional event information (e.g., parking, directions) will be provided after registration.
Shipping Instructions (Pre-event)
Displays and materials may be shipped in advance. To receive your displays at the event location, schedule shipments to arrival at the UT Dallas shipping and receiving facility one (1) week ahead of each career fair.
Packages must be clearly marked “UT Dallas ECS Internship and Job Fair.”

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be requested 14 business days before the fair and employers will receive a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
There will be no refunds offered for cancellation inside of 14 days.
Registered organizations who do not show up to the fairs will receive no refund.
Post-event
Shipping of your materials may be arranged for return at your organization’s expense. Please pack extra air bills pre-addressed with your account information. Attach your shipping air bill(s) to the displays/materials and leave them with the UT Dallas Career Services staff. (For shipments that must go out immediately after the event, it is each company’s responsibility to schedule pick up with FedEx, UPS, etc.) Otherwise, shipments will be scheduled to be picked up and shipped out within two (2) business days after the event.
Important Notice
